The City of Hallsville, Missouri is accepting sealed bids on the sale of the items listed below. Items are sold ‘AS IS” – NO WARRANTY.
Steel Folding Chairs

- One (1) six foot table available
- Four (4) eight foot tables available
- Wooden Brown
- Four (4) eight foot tables available
- Heavy
Bidders are required to submit their bids containing a detailed description of the item(s) and the quantity, along with their name and contact information in a sealed envelope labeled "SEALED BID." These sealed bids must be delivered to Hallsville City Hall, located at 202 Hwy 124-E, Hallsville, Missouri 65240, no later than 5:00 P.M. on Friday, August 9, 2024.
Please note that late submissions will not be accepted. All items are sold in their current condition, and no warranties will be provided. The City retains the right to decline any or all bids if deemed advantageous for the City.
The sealed bids will be publicly disclosed during the Board of Aldermen meeting scheduled for Monday, August 12, 2024 at 7:00 P.M. The Board of Aldermen will deliberate on bid approval during the meeting. The successful bidder will be required to make payment and collect the item within seven business days. Payment is to be made in cash or by cashier's check.
