There are three shelter locations in the City of Hallsville: Those in area #1: Hallsville Baptist Church - 115 Elizabeth Street - enter through west door facing parking lot. Area #2: New Heights Church - 408 N Rte B - enter through rear door. Area #3: Red Top Christian Church - 14355 N Rte U - enter thru south door directly into basement! See storm shelter map at
