Dayne's Waste Disposal Change in Trash Service


Change in trash service effective March 1, 2023.  Any trash can that is 45 gallons in size or bigger, they will not longer be dumping unless everything is bagged in 13 gallon bags or larger that weigh less than 50 pounds!  See flyer for more details.

Lead & Copper Rule Survey


On August 4, 2022, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency released guidance on conducting a lead service line inventory for compliance with the revised Lead and Copper Rule.  The City of Hallsville’s Public Works Department will be conducting a lead service line inventory due to the new EPA/Mo DNR regulations.  The lead service line inventory requires them to know the material of both the City side and the costumer owned side of the service line.  To accomplish this large task we are requesting your help.
