About Grow Hallsville Parks Foundation

Grow Hallsville Parks Foundation was formed on January 10, 2022 by ordinance passed by the Hallsville Board of Aldermen.

The Foundation became a Nonprofit Corporation on March 30, 2022 and received tax exempt status from the Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service on April 29, 2022.  

Donors can deduct contributions made to Grow Hallsville Parks Foundation.  The Grow Hallsville Parks Foundation is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts.  They are a public charity.
