Public Notice: Removal of Recycling Bin at Hallsville Community Center

Since the City of Columbia is Boone County's recycling processor, and they are currently out of commission, Boone County doesn't have any choice but to pull their containers from service until they work something else out.
They are working to figure out where they can best store the containers until service can be restarted. They are afraid that if they simply leave the containers at the sites the bins will just be magnets for illegal dumping!
PLEASE DO NOT ILLEGALLY DUMP WITH OR WITHOUT THE BIN BEING THERE!
